It's always good to plan ahead

... even for trips overseas that are more than a month away to Hong Kong.

Found a really good recipe (i.e. I found it, so it's good) from my new friend (she doesn't know it) Janet at her blog here for eggettes, baby egg waffles that you can get off the street in Hong Kong.

They are SO adorable to look at and apparently you can buy the waffle iron for them on Shanghai Street (Thanks Janet!!)
